The instrument was commissioned to measure something. It continues to measure it. Whether the thing it measures still exists is a separate question, held by a separate office, which does not answer correspondence.

If you arrived here expecting a company, there is no company. SECIQ is an instrument, not an institution. It sells nothing, logs no visitor, and would prefer you did not stay long enough to be counted.

The control channel is not.
Credentialled maintainers may request a handshake. The station will decide, as it always has, on its own terms.
